Breakfast muffins

Muffins for breakfast but the healthier way, perfect for meal prep and for a stress-free morning

~ 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 130g grounded oat's

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  •  1 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt

  • 50g blueberries

Instructions 

Step 1: Preheat the ofen to 180°C
Step 2: Mix everything together in a bowl 
Step 3: Fill the dought into muffinforms (fill each cup 3/4 full)
Step 4: Bake them for 25 minutes and let them cool down
