Chia-Oats

Easy and digestion friendly Breakfast that only takes 5min to prepare

Ingredients:
- 60g Oats
- 5g Chia seeds
- 160ml milk
- 60g (or more) of fruits (everything works)
Instructions:
Mix the Oats, Chia and milk, then add the fruit on top. Voila, its that easy. If you want to do them overnight add 20ml Milk more.
My favorite is to make them as overnight oats, as fruit I just use frozen Raspberries. It is super fast to prepare, since I don't have to cut anything, so I highly recommend it, just put it in the fridge overnight and in the morning you can just grab it and be out of the door.
