Cottage cheese bites

A healthy snack that tastes cold and warm and is rich in protein

~ 15-20 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 200g cottage cheese 
  • 30g flour
  • 100g Tomatoes 
  • 1 spring onion 
  • salt and pepper 

Instructions 

Step 1: Cut the tomatoes and the spring onion

Step 2: Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Step 3: Place the dough on a baking tray (little circle, 2-3 cm)

Step 4: Bake the cottage cheese bites in the oven for 15-20 miutes at 180°C
