French toast churros

easy  to make with toast leftover great for movie nights ;)

ingredients:

• loaf of bread
• 1/2 cup or 100 gram of sugar
• 2 tbsp or 4 grams of ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp or 2 grams ground black pepper (optional)
• 2 eggs 
• 5 grams of ground cinnamon 
• 12 gram of sugar
• 1/3 cup of milk
• table spoon of butter

instuctions:

Slice the bread if needed, in a mixing ball put the 100 gram of sugar, 2 grams ground black pepper and 4 grams of ground cinnamon, in a separate mixing ball  crack 2 eggs, 5 grams of ground cinnamon and 12 gram of sugar whisk them together till homogeneous then whisk 1/3 cup of milk with them, in a pan put a table spoon of butter in medium heat, dip the bread in the egg mix and put them in the pan till browned cover them with sugar, ground black pepper and ground cinnamon mix and maybe serve them with syrup !!!
