Minced Beef Stir-Fry

A delicious one-dish dish that is really easy to prepare. It is also excellent for meal preping.

Ingeredients

  • 50g uncooked rice
  • 1-2 tsp oil
  • 100g low-fat minced beef
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g sweet corn
  • 1 handful basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chilli powder

Instruction

  1. Rinse the rice, cook it with a lot of water and salt.
  2. Brown the minced beef with 1-2 tsp oil and season with salt, pepper and chilli powder.
  3. Clean and cut the zucchini into small dice. Rinse the swwetcorn with water. As soon as the meat is done, put it aside and sauté the vegetables in the same pan until golden brown.
  4. Wash and shake dry the basil, chop it and then add it with the meat to the vegetables. Stir-fry all the ingredients for another 5 minutes and season with some more spices if you like!
