Overnight oats

Prepare in advance.

Ingredients:

- 50 g oats
- Water/milk
- Fruits
- Nuts
Instructions:
Put the oats and the water or milk you use in a bowl and boil it for one minute in a microwave or on the stove. Let stand overnight.
In the morning preheat your oatmeal, and top it with optional fruits and nuts. Enjoy!
